This module teaches the concepts of Corporate Governance in relation to the Governing laws and regulations in Singapore and the relevance of corporate governance in legal practice. Students will gain an in-depth understanding on the processes and structure by which the company’s business and affairs are directed and managed.
In this module, students will study the legal and financial regulatory and compliance that is mandatory in Singapore. Understanding code of conduct, effective policies, procedures and practices surrounding the legal and regulatory requirements will be a focus in this module.
This module introduces the subject Capital Markets & Private Equity for both corporate and private needs. Students will understand the legal and regulatory requirements of capital market and private equity.
